Ori and the blind forest has been exclusive to Xbox One (console exclusive), and Widows PC (Microsoft exclusive) since 2015. Steam is a launcher, not an OS. Finally, simply because a game becomes a multiplat, that doesn't retroactively make it a multiplat.

@fround: Today is the 5th, it releases on the 5th. It hasn't been released yet. Hence; what "time" is it being released?
