[QUOTE="gta0004"][QUOTE="scottiescott238"][QUOTE="knight-k"] LMAO, damage control thread. Had a RROD TC?
And there are more 360owners on this board than ps3owners.
Games are important but there are other very important aspects you forget about a console, 360 has a high fail rate, rip-off online service, airplane ventilation, no built-in wifi,...I can go on.
If you look at everything, PS3 wins without a doubt.

Iv had my 360 for 2 years now and iv had no problems, from my experince most rrod's are caused by misuse.
You can say all you want but unless you want to class the ps3 as something other than a games player, then teh 360 is the better machine to buy for games, most of the stuff on the ps3 is not needed, the blu-ray drive for one, wasnt put in to make games better, but was put in to push sony's new tech at the expense of the consumer, most people i know dont use it for blu-ray's or wouldnt care if it wasnt in the system, as i do.
More space makes games better. More content to put in it.
I just finished lost odyssey recently, It had 4 disks
just as final fantasy 8
and possibly teh best rpg of all time final fantasy 7 had 3 disks.
Meant on one disk. If those games were on blu-ray, you wouldn't need to switch disks.
