Throw in Tony Mandarich and Heath Shuler for these clowns. Grossman started for a Superbowl team (yes, I do know that they lost and he played badly), he will get one more chance to prove he can win. Jeff George though not what you want from a number one pick managed to have a long and semi-productive career. Shuler and Mandarich, (one pick ahead of Barry Sanders) were way worse. Other guys have mentioned Steve Emmtman and the Boz I think that they could knock a couple guys off that list as well.
