The hardware is already behind a mid range gaming PC. However, they really know how to milk every last drop of power over the lifespan of these consoles. Look at Call of Duty 2 compared to the latest Halo or even Black Ops 2. All in all, they will continue to sell a large amount of consoles, even with the people terrified by Kinect watching them >.<
