Gamespot PC community tires to help as much as we can, but if we dont know the answer to your problem then we really cant post anything.

Have you tried to reinstall the game...then reinstall the patch? Perhaps the patch has been corrupted....so download the patch again.

I have the same wheel. First, yes those game work with the wheel, BUT!!!! those games are more like reflex arcadish type racing...so your better off using a 360 controller. Second, yes you can remove the wheel once you are done using it. It has 3 clamps in total, 2 on top and 1 on the bottom. All you gotta do is screw them in place, fairly simple.

Might I recommend GTR2 + GT Legends? I've seen package deals where it cost 19.99. Those games take full adavantage of the wheel.

You must get your hands on 'Black Lagoon' ....this is not an option.
