Mr. Staten, release the game on PC if you want. I'm not begging for your game. In fact, I'll forget all about it as soon as I make this post. Play that game if you wish, but it's your loss.

Gearbox might have seen an opportunity to cheaply secure an IP, and at the same time please fans by releasing the game (regardless of quality) after being in development limbo for all these years. But the reality is that the game was so poorly received that it did nothing for Gearbox other than give them a giant headache. 3DR rid itself of its debt and got to see its game pushed through to the market. 3DR should shut the hell up.

I would be a lot happier about this if I didn't already have a boxed Genesis copy sitting on my shelf, but I'll probably buy it on sale to support the effort to bring these updated games to PC.

PvZ was a great game. Haters need not apply. Any sequel developed by PopCap ought to be worth a look and if they mash it up with Mass Effect, well then I'm interested in that too.

Great. Now give us SimCity without the internet connection requirement. They've got their games bass-ackward, if you ask me.

@Roger_Smith You know, that Season Pass has been on sale. If you looked around before Borderlands 2 was released you got it on sale as well. Put them together and you've got a $60 price tag (or less) and a hell of a lot of content.

@Morphine_OD Eh, wouldn't you want to BUY SimCity 4 out of protest? You won't make much of an impression by pirating a well-liked game... other than reinforcing the whole PC-Pirate thing that got us here in the first place. Congrats.
