I was leaning towards Dreamcast, but screw it.

Get the Atari 2600. You can get it and its games for really cheap on ebay, and you'll own a genuine collector's item, a piece of history that would impress anyone/everyone with a brain. Atari 2600 all the way.

100% agree. 2600 is a true legacy.

lordandrew is right the two need each other. I'm a user of both sites for about 5 mnths now and think they are both great, GameFAQ is your barebones site for all info on a game like maps, walkthoughs, game scripts, characterFAQ, music FAQ, bossFAQ, unlockables, codes, gliches, eastereggs, games save files, screenshots, and reviews and more, that you can submit . Gamespot is the place for all the lastest news, blogs, downloads, videos, info on new releases , previews and place to have a profile and keep track of your games, pm your friends and join unions and get updates. I'm sure theres a lot ive missed and i think things are fine the way they are, however if the two did merge successfully it would rock..:D just my two cents:lol:

[QUOTE="hayden1976"]i was thinking the samething:idea: awhile back, ive been keeping track of my beaten games on a pad of paper (50+):D we need this:!aryoshi

I was keeping track of mine with a blog from another website, but that just doesn't quite cut it.. This would be a perfect addition here. I think it's awesome you wrote those down! If they do this, you could easily just move them over to here c:

yea, as soon as i beat a game i write down the game , platform, date, rank or score. its good for bragging rights
