I bought my ex (then bf) a 300$ 14K Italian gold chain for no real special occasion. I also bought him about 150$ worth of clothes another time because he told me he didn't have a lot, only I never got to give them to him because the same day I did that he ended up breaking a really important promise he made to me (again). and then we broke up soon after.

what is the one gift you regret giving a girl? I remember last year when I bought a girl a nintendo ds. At the time it was 170 CAD after tax and to top it off I gave her my copies of mario 64 and Animal Crossing (got an r4 :P). That would be the ultimate pwnage on me.
I got my wii at a flea market with a whole mess of games the april after it came out. I paid fifteen dollars over retail but I didn't really mind I got one before a whole bunch of my friends. ( at least 2 months) So how did you get yours?
