Wouldn't it be great with 6 more hours in a day... - It would pretty much guarantee that everyone gets a good nights sleep every night - 6 more hours to do stuff people need to do - Full time employees could work for 2 more hours a day seeing as how you'd have 6 extra and then have a third day off I'd tell you right now 6 more hours wouldn't be wasted. The day seems to go by quickly with 8 hours of work and 6 more hours a day would be awesome.MM87

right now im currently lifting three days a week, all upper body except calves.

You run for ten minutes? You only do UB? Why don't you do any other lower body besides calves?

To get a real workout then you need to incorporate LB exercises too buddy... Here are some exercises:

Squats, free squats, front squats, one legged squats, powerclean, hang power snatch, lunges, toe raises, leg extensions, leg curls, step ups..... naming a few here.
