if optical out will work when someones using hdmi on a 360...then the red and white AV plugs im sure will also put out sound still.

but the yellow plug=video...red and white plugs=audio.

I have a xbox360 VGA cable for my pc moniter it has the vga plug/av cables for speakers.

Doesnt ur moniter have a vga port? it should

the difference between vga and hdmi/dvi is hardly noticable.

If i remember correctly the white and red plugs on the audio/video cable are the left and right speakers cables.

i think the yellow plug is the video.

or you might not beable to.
