As an owner of both Rumblepad 2 and 360 controller, I'd definitely spend the extra money on a 360 one (if you don't have it yet). Most recent games natively support it so there's no need to map buttons, just like you'd be playing on a console.RK-Mara
Thanks for the reply, and i would go for the 360 but i just spent all of my money on my new Dell Studio XPS 16 and COD: WaW so this is all i have left, and of course i don't want to waste it!
I am thinking about buying a Logitech Rumble Pad 2 Cordless Controller from a local Kmart since they have it for $20 and it is $39.99 elseware but just wondering, does this work with games like Crysis and COD: WaW? I have not used a gamepad before for pc and was wondering, when you map buttons do you map the WASD do the left joystick and such? I'm just not sure and i want to be sure this will all work before i purchase it and i am planning on getting this today probably...
Thanks in advance!
I hope all hackers die in pain! I really do....pooyanh
Most of you probably think that most hackers are "pirates" and only use them to steal games, a lot of hackers just enhance the features already given to us, for example, whith homebrew you can use cxmb which allows you to use really cool themes, or IR Shell and listen to music while playing, and that's what a lot of them use them for. If sony embraced the hackers and maybe "helped" them we could create some cool stuff. And that might boost sales because of all of the new features (like with the PSP Phat, you can use it as a remote control if you want because it has infra red). And ALL systems are hackable somehow, there is always some way, maybe not from the simple person who sits a computer writing codes all day but i'm sure if you had a super computer and a team of scientist from MIT you could hack about anything...
Blender is great, i use it all of the time, but if you want to get more advacned get Maya then download the Havok engine with Maya plugins and you can use that, that is used for great games such as Halo and Halo 2, etc. But Blender works good, they use Bullet Physics and i made a few game like Jenga, a race car game and a few others, nice interface.Wow!
That's amazing isn't it?
Makes perfect sense though.
I guess it allowed them more freedomĀ
especially with the user creation dynamic.
That's what amazes me the most.
I've spent the last 6 months in a game engine
called Blender, which is now the bane of my existence.
It is free though so it is to be expected.
But it truly find it amazing that LBP allows people to
esentially play around with a game engine and make their
own little games. It's such a big leap and an achievement in
Games I think =)
