I used to have a Logitech G25 and I absoloutly loved it but ended up having to sell it due to money issues. Now, a year later I just have to get a wheel again but I have only £50 - $100.

Can anyone recommend me a wheel in that price range? I'm not expecting anything close to a g25 obviously. Thanks!

hmm ok, must just be something weird with his configuration or something that is stopping the drivers from installing.

Thanks again for the help so far guys. I personally use a windows 360 controller on my windows 7 32bit machine fine without any problems. Could the problem be that he doesn't have a windows one and just a standard 360 controller?

Oh and yes, he did download windows xp 32bit drivers.

And yeah, he has service pack 3 atm.

Thanks for the info guys. I told him to get the drivers from here: http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/en-us/p/xbox-360-controller-for-windows/C8G-00004#support

But he apparently gets an error halfway through installing. Its says something along the lines of: a problem has occured, the file may be currupted.

He tried redownloading them but has had no luck. He is using xp pro 32bit.

Any ideas?

So, my mate has an xbox 360 controller and his wondering how to use it on pc. I told him he needs a windows xbox 360 controller but he seems to think a standard wired 360 controller can work.

Is this possible or does he need a windows 360 controller?

Yeah I agree but I need one now as I currently have no graphics card. I only have max £60 budget. So what does the card above perform like compared with the 8800gts 320mb? It's a 1gb card so I guess thats gotta be a good sign lol

Ok, well the card that just died was a 8800gts 320mb card. I want another card that is cheap and will run about the same, if not a little better. Will this run about the same as a 8800gts? http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sapphire-HD5570-DDR3-Graphics-Card/dp/B0037NYGM0/ref=dp_cp_ob_computers_title_2

I hope it does as its not a power hungry card which I like. (PSU is not great) 600w but bad brand.
