@chun-IDGAF-li @travo0159 @Codester_41 And its even better hunting snipers and countersniping them with a SCAR L and 3.4 scope still winning even though you have to headshot them twice.
I have the pen and paper edition at home. Its 20 years old by now i think. I see they put the year ahead in time. Seems logical since IRRC it was called cyberpunk 2020. Which is basically tomorrow. Looks very promising and have the real Cyberpunk feel to it (mainly gibson inspired). It was very brutal in the P&P version. Unlike many other games at that time.
@seven11evan7227 @K-A_L-A_D-U_R Yes. Its an interesting thesis the dream/indoktrination one. The only reason the star child would look like the boy Shepard failed to save is its a projection of his subconscious. Actually in the "NO!" ending the starchild is revealed as being Harbinger. Quite a big clue there if you ask me regarding the indoctrination thesis.
I am still amazed at how many people consider the ending bad, because the principal character dies. This is indeed a fantastic experiment Bioware unwillingly has made, that confirms why ALL hollywood films have a happy ending.
Video games are by definition not art. A painting by Rembrandt, the symphonies by Beethoven or poems by William Blake is art. However stating that a videogame is art is definetely too much of expanding the borders for what is art. Therefore the references to ME3 as a piece of art and comparing it with Rushdie and monet is an insolence to those artist and the points are invalid. A videogame like Mass Effect 3 is great entertainment, but there is stops. And that great entertainment has a very unimaginative ending.
