@Thanatos2k:I feel kind of bad for anyone who watched the trailer and thought the movie was misandrist at all.
Like, how do you manage to survive in a world when you think women hate you every time they're not being controlled by a man?
There's nothing misandrist, preachy, or woke about the Birds of Prey. Grow up people, a movie starring women, made by women isn't out to get you and isn't scary.
@drwaldy: I'm gonna guess you haven't played the first two Witcher games if you don't think Witcher 3 is generic. They intentionally made Witcher 3 generic because they had made the games they wanted to make and it was time to make the most generic game they could to appeal to the masses and rake in the cash. It's the same thing Bethesda did with the Elder Scrolls.
@Prats1993: Exclusives don't really mean anything anymore. You're only missing out on a handful of great games over entire generations by sticking to one console.
I think Gamespot should implement a new policy and review scale where everything is given a 7.5. The current system they're using which requires the reviewer to formulate their personal opinion on a game and translate that into a number that isn't 7.5 clearly isn't working since 95% of all Gamespot comments are complaining about how a review score is too low or too high.
7.5 is neither too low or too high. It'll make everyone happy.
The actual game is a solid step back in the right direction. Much, much better than the previous 3 or 4 games. It actually feels like you're playing hockey now. I'd give the game a solid 7.5
@doomsdayhell01: It's always funny when people have to attack the reviews that don't line up with their opinions. Guess what, there are going to be a lot of people who agree with this guy's review. Opinions are funny that way; they're all different.
But please give us the scientific formula to say that 8.8 is the magic number for this game. I really want to see your work to show how the 10 point Gamespot scale would do an 8.8.
