Can we have an official response as to the cause and most importantly when the glitch will be fixed?

For months now all I've read is "they know about it and are working on it". That's unacceptable.

Considering the time that has passed - this response is weak.

I know as admins, you guys can't fix this issue but I appreciate your responses.

Why can't someone who maintains the website post a real response - or fix the glitch?

The lack of real response and correction of this issue is summed up in one word: poor.

First of all I post on this forum to try and help out (I did sticky this to try and get it more notice as well) like all other Mods or any users that try to give advice in this forum. Do you realize they are shorthanded for starters and that they don't just work on GS but all CNE sites? So in summary they are spread very thin right now. Please have patience and I am sure this will get resolved.

Edit: There is always this route to go.

Unfortunately, this issue appears to have been put on the back burner. Many people pay for access to this site and expect glitches to be fixed in a timely manner. Over a month is not a timely manner. Inadequate staffing should be a temporary issue not an ongoing excuse. Problems like this have led me to the decision to not be a "paying" member anymore. When GS becomes more serious about addressing these issues (some issues I can't name due to a high chance of moderation) I will return as a paying subscriber.

Hopefully, one daysoon this issue will be corrected.
