@HalcyonScarlet: if you aren't in desperate need of upgrading then waiting for next wave of nvidia cards could be worth it, 970 is a great card no doubt and the power per wattage is amazing but the 3.5gb vram might prove problem in the future, esp if you want to game on higher than 1440p
xcom: enemy unkown on immortal+impossible, that sucker took some runs to complete and then there's the long war mod, which I'm yet to beat...
Bloodborne dlc is a good challenge for even seasoned souls players, didn't clock how long it took me but there were some grey hairs.
This is why I always prefer having one top tier card as the sli support and drivers are commonly lacking. Obviously if you want 4k with all the goodies sli/crossfire is the way to go.
I've always had a soft spot for Nintendo, so I might be a bit biased. I own a high end PC and ps4+wii u from the current gen consoles.
For me Nintendo is easily the best console to go with the pc, I game a lot more on the wii u than I do on ps4, tho this may change as more ps4 exclusives arrive next year. Nintendo games may not have the cutting edge visuals but they more than make up for that with great gameplay.
I wonder how it runs on PC too. The game doesn't seem well optimized at all. It's not really that much of a looker so I don't understand the shitty framerates and horrendous loading times on consoles.
It runs fairly good 1440p with 980ti, fps could be better, the game certainly doesnt look as amazing considering the system requirements imo.
Guess you have to cut corners somewhere if you're on a budget. I play everything possible on pc and exclusives consoles.
PC version seems to run quite fine from what I've seen from few twitch streams.
Maybe Sony and MS can add sli support for their consoles so you can play this on console(s) too?
