Id wait for the llano apu laptops coming later this month or early next. To give you an example, the fusion c-50 and e350 processors by AMD really brought some competition to the netbook space. I have never seen a dual core atom processor with ion graphics in a netbook sell for less than $500, but after the c50 was released, im seeing the dual core atom with ion gfx selling for $289.99 lol. I think the llano apu laptops will do the same thing but for gaming laptops, you will probably see alot more core i5 laptops with some type of competent gfx card closer to the 500-600 mark.

Hmm yea, I just looked into them... any idea on the exact realse date? I think it said sometime in June..?
Iv been doing my homework and for $700 thats the best I think Im going to get.. If anyone knows of anyother one that might be better please let me know.. Id be willing to drop another $50 if it called for it.
I'm not sure if it's the right thing you're looking for, but I had a similar issue once and it turned out to be an option on my monitor itself and not the GPU settings. What's your monitor? I have an Asus V222H. If it's a similar model, I'll check which option it was tonight, at work now.... someone save me!trastamad03
Money!! That was it!! Thanks trastmad :) and goodluck with work, I got it off due to the rain... Gaming all day :)
So something in my setting is making my screen go from light to dark, I dont want to reset the defaults because I have everything fiannly the way I want it.. When I go to a bright page it gets bright and when a dark one is dims down, this also holds true in games, noticed it in CSS last night.. in dark areas it gets REALLY dark.
VGA/DVI/HDMI all look the same on my monitor. I use HDMI because the connectors and cable isn't as phat.
Assuming good quality cables and monitor, I don't think you should be able to tell a difference unless you live next to high voltage power lines or something.

The colors are allot my vibrant and the picture looks a little better..
Ok, so I got the Hdmi running and wow.. What a difference in color and picture. For some reason It didnt work before, then again I just installed new drivers yesterday...
[QUOTE="kraken2109"][QUOTE="hows3r"][QUOTE="kraken2109"] Why don't you try a DVI cable instead? Thats what Iv been using.. well.. a DVI to vga adapter.. Im just trying to get the best picture possible.... What inputs does your monitor have? 2 hdmi and VGA as far as video goes..
