I would like a way to play my Japanese PS2 titles on my PS3....djHaQ

if you want play ps2 japanese on not japanese ps3, it is not going to be possible.

and if it happened it'll be through hacking it, which is as i said "no good".

buy yourself a japanese ps3.

My friend told me there is some progress in haking the ps3, he showed a video on youtube for running unassigned code ( a code that is not from sony) on ps3, it seems to be not a hoax.

haking the ps3 means playing copied games on it, which means sony loosing money, which means sony loosing the console war, which means less games for ps3, which means loosing our money on a no-games system.

stop haking the ps3.

I hope sony sees this and releases an update to fix it, what do u think???

you're right that would take alot of processing power but still if you consider playing 2 light games, i think the ps3 can do it.

i saw a picture of the ps3 as a prototype and it had 2 HDMI outputs, i think sony had this in mind from the begining.

I've heared a rumor on the net that the ps3 will soon support 2 different 1080p outputs by using the HDMI and component cabels and two HDTVs.

imagine that there's no need for splitting the screen when you're playing local multiplayer.

playing two games at once maybe.

it's possible isn't it??

i think it should be availible as a theme.

anyway sony has to work on other important things other than how the ps3 looks.

if you're not interested in home then don't use it or even better unplug your ps3's ethernet cable :)

i watched 300 with my girlfriend yesterday and i tell you it's even better than going to the cinema ( you can pause the movie and fool around an then continue watching:) ).

i watched it on a 42 sony 1080p with samsung 7.1 surround system.

i have the orange box and i can say that the frame rate problem rarley happens.

i have finished portal (great mini game by the way ), HL2, playing episode one right now.

i have had that frame rate problem 3 times and it passes in 10 seconds.

i say buy it since it has a great price (5 games in the price of 1 woooow)
