Yeah... anyway I can't wait to play Warhawk it looks really sweet.

Demo's are installed because it is a unix system, which makes it a more stable platform. XB Demos are compressed in executables that often corrupt. If you haven't noticed, many demos and XBL Arcade games are pulled due to how easily the process of compression corrupts the finalized game/demo.

Installing also allows services to be run in process instead of emulation like the 360 attempts to accomplish.

As far as the controller is concerned, I totally disagree.

Obviously you are anti MS but you are entitled to your opinion. Controller preference is exactly that -a preference.

Just to clarify it seems like you have to push the PS3 buttons a lot harder to get them to respond. To add to this even though I prefer the 360 controller because of the feel and the superior analog sticks, the PS3 D-Pad is way better.

I just got a PS3 with Resistance and Motorstorm. So far I really like it. I have had the 360 since launch and honestly I'm a die hard Xbox fan.

Here is what I think:

Cons:

-The interface is not nearly asintuitive as the 360's. (to be expected it's MS after all) Also having the ability to access the Xbox guide at any time is something that I miss when playing PS3.
-Xbox Live is far better than PS Network. Xbox Live Marketplace is also far better.
-You have to install demos on ps3? wierd. Not on Xbox.
-No custom soundtracks? weak.
-The controller is not as good as the 360 controller and is not as responsive.

Pros:

-It looks awesome, very well designed.
-Motorstorm is freakin incredible looking and itsa first generation game. Future PS3 games are gonna be technically unrivaled.
-I LOVE Ninja Gaiden and Sigma is looking amazing.
-Blu Ray is of course a plus.
-It's quiet.
-Resistance proves that a sick FPS can be made on a Playstation system (finally)

So far so good. I am glad i bought the PS3 and now I have the 2 best systems ever!!
