The way I understand it, that will still be on one of the five ps3. So I would say that you will be able to download it again (and play it).

i thought ps2 games that supports progressive scan is only 480p. i didnt even know last gen supports up to 720pindongga

There was a rumor that GoW 2 supported 720p, after IGN posted this in a preview/review - but they quickly corrected that error. I think that is the closest we've been to a 720p ps2 game ;)
