Its not like trying to have a conversation with like...a goat or something. girls are humans, bro. you probably have more in common with them than you think. the problem is that i don't know what to talk about! i can easily asked for direction. do you think i should asked a girl out for direction and tell her to show me the way? your english is...different? is it your first language? and what do you mean? you have to interact socially with women. At work or at school. At a bar or something maybe? its easy to talk to girls. Be open. Be FUNNY. Not overly fishing for giggles type of funny. Just get her to laugh without her actually laughing AT you. is there a specific female you have your eye on?

I'm currently in something like this. My best friend for the past 2 years is a chick. She is legitimately my best friend, but I've always had a crush on her. As long as I've known her. This is a long story, really, and I'm just gonna copy and repost what I posted on another forum. " Okay, this is how it goes. 2 years ago I was coming home from work to see that my roommate was having a party/having people over. I found out about this because I was walking up the stairs to my apartment when I saw my friend and his girl walking up there. I introduce myself to her and we all go inside. We have our first conversation together later that night, and I can tell that me and her are going to eventually be close. It happens rather quickly because her dude, my one friend, went to jail about a week or so later. So she starts hanging out with my roommate and I. We all become really close, but me and her especially. There had always been a weird sort of sexual tension between us two. A couple friends always said we were meant for each other, but I never thought she'd legitimately give me the time of day. Well one night me, her, my roommate, and our other female friend, we all go out and have drinks at a crazy bar, almost get in a fight, and end up leaving. Go back to our other friend's house where she passes out and I end up rubbing my best friends head. She retires in a bedroom downstairs, and I get ready to roll out with my roommate. Its about 5 am at this point. I decide to go say bye to her one more time, and i bend in to give her a hug. We hug and I start to leave, but she pulls me in. Starts kissing me. We make out and she basically tells me how she's liked me for 2 years and what not and that she thinks she may love me. We dont go any further than ...i guess 2nd base that night. Thing is, though, she has a boyfriend. She had never cheated on any kind of boyfriend or anything and it kinda messed with her for a little bit. She was acting weird about it. I was also, probably, but only because the girl I've liked for 2 years and pretty much forfeited to the "friend zone" turns out TO **** LIKE ME ALSO. Like, my best friend. It was definitely weird. Well about a week and a half later, I'm kinda stressed out from the whole thing, and I'm at my other friend's apartment downtown with my roommate. We're drinking and all, and she calls me. She comes over and starts downin shots with us like a pro. Against her better judgment, and probably because i was pretty hammered, she drives me and my roommate back to my house. She parks, my roommate dips out, and we start talking. Which turns into making out. Which turns into me going, "maybe we should go to my room". Which leads to even more intimacy. Which leads to her whispering **** me" in my ear. Had sex for...most of the night. Pretty passionate. And....awesome. But of course you know where this is leading. If you guessed more awkwardness, you are a goddamn genius. If you guessed that about a week later I would get really ridiculously drunk and tell about 3-4 of my friends, in front of her, that we had sex, then you are...like really good. Well, that happened, and I was surprised that she wasn't very mad about it at all really. But what I really am trying to focus on now, is what we've been talking about since it happened. She is currently still in her relationship. The sex happened about...2 and a half weeks ago. We had a pretty intense make out session last week. And she still says she's "trying to break up" with her boyfriend. I...dunno. I think some chicks are just big **** when it comes to ending relationships, but this girl told me that she loved me. But she doesn't want it to ruin our friendship. Then at another point it seems like she barely likes me and that she likes "**** around with me". In our last "session" she said to me, and I quote: "You know this means nothing right?" No, I don't know that, because what the **** does that mean. This means nothing? Are you preparing me for you never breaking up with your boyfriend and for you continuing to toy with my emotions? In that case, the ****er might just find out why his girlfriend was walking funny for 2 days(her words, not mine). Joking, of course, but still. What should I expect? This is my best friend. We seem so different, but we work together so perfectly. I'm black, she's white. I'm from the city, she's a country girl. Anyways, she tried to take back the comment after I met it with some hostility, and tried to spin it as a sort of "like, this doesnt mean you and i are about to be together right now" sort of thing, but whatever. "end We've actually had sex again since then. Just this past Friday, but that's another hilarious story. Also.. she's still with her dude. Not for much longer hopefully, but, hell. She's gorgeous, and we're just right for each other. What I'm trying to say is it'll be complicated, probably, if she ends up liking you. Expect drama. Basically, go for it. If he's not doing his job and holding down his girl, why not go do a better job.
