maybe Ni didnt do well or people didnt like it, but people hate (and it gets a lot of it, as it should imo) ff13 for dif reasons and Ni doesnt get as much hate, it just isnt great. whereas ff13 isnt good.

ff13 was a huge disappointment, Ni was just a lil one.

Delayed games usually end up worse and in most cases feel dated to what else is out there.

I mean the guy who's doing Smash Bros doesn't work that often because he has Carpal Tunnel and Nintendo allows him not to do anything about it.

id love some free s***, but ya act like like nintendo is the only company that screwed the first people to buy their product. the truth is you bought their product, and now your lower on their list. they want new people to buy their consoles more than they want to please the people that have em (at least until sales pick up).

i liked the 3ds's ambassadors program, but it wasnt better than the almost 100$ i coulda saved. in reality, its more of in insult, but i could of waited, and i do enjoy some of the games.

also, with the 3ds they screwed us out of 70 bucks or so. so compensation is more understandable. as of now, the wii u just has few games, and giving away games does sound nice til you realize it has none.

they havent screwed us with the wii u... yet. so dont expect cookies just yet.

some games look like theyd be a perfect fit for a console, and i cant look at the wii u and not think "playing command and conquer on this would be awesome". at least if it was handled the way im imagining.

do you think a rts would be a neat experience on the wii u? if not why not? any specific genre of game you think would be perfect for the wii u?

Well you might enjoy a game enough to where you can kind of put up with something just to find out what that unlockable is. I could have looked up what you get at 100% for LCU, but I was still enjoying it the city enough to keep striving for that, even if I didn't know what it was. Sadly, it wasn't a rideable Yoshi that could eat people and spit them out as fireballs as I had hoped. :(

Something like Dark Moon though, which I enjoyed, but I didn't want to go and put in the effort to get 3-stars on every mission unless the reward was good enough. It wasn't, so I was content with having simply captured all Boos.

like you said, dark moon's completion bonus aint great, but if it had achieves, you bet ur ass id get it, its a great game, but not great enough for me to do all that for no (or lil) reason.

i just like getting achieves cause i love gaming, and i love my accomplishments being carved in stone instead of just my head.

dont get me wrong ive been gaming long be4 achieves, i dont "need" em to enjoy a game. but now it should be a standard.

achieves kinda changed the way i play :P
