No really cares about how the console looks or is. It's all about games and online.

RIGHT NOW xbox has the largest variety of games(rpgs,fps,puzzles,arcade etc) and the largest online base(12 Million and growing Rapidly.

Yes ,you can say ps3 has blu-ray, but over 15-20% of owners buy it just for that reason and not for games!

xbox out sells ps3 in game sales and accessiors 3 to 1

name me one other game that uses a sackboy that you can customize, and play upwards to 4 players on user created maps.

That also contains an online community, that has a story, uses a game controller, you can play as you edit, has an advanced physics system, and the level editor might be able to be used by most of the public compared to other level editors which have some extreme difficulty.

Halo= forge... user created maps? Yes. Story? Yes. Advanced Physics system? Yes . Level Editor? YES!!

Halo is not over rated. Bungie didnt focus on halo's story mode that much because all they really needed was the ending(not a really good one) BUT the reason 500 000 people play it is because for the HUGE online communtie. Halo is a team game, because good teams with strats and brains always win. Halo is not overrated because this week alone, i spent over 40 hours on the game(I NEED TO BE A GENERAL)

And it's already been said that the only reason MS backed HD dvd was to slow Blu-ray adoption.Digital distribution has always been a big deal to them. The format wars meant very little to MS. They actually had their hands in both pots anyway. One of MS's video codecs (VC-1) is in the Blu-ray spec.

Just because people are excited about a game that you find childish, doesn't make them little kids. If you don't want the game, don't buy it.
