My friends started up my computer to play some games this morning, then the computer frooze (never happned before), and when he tried rebooting it the screen says - no video input, the usal windows sound does not appear.. i've tried changing the cpu and the gpu but this didnt solve the problem..

Specs:

amd phenom II x3 720

ati 4870 1gb

4 gb ram

psu 630 w

motherboard asus ma770-ud3

Hey! Im going to buy a asus atx amd 770 socket am3 motherboard and i just found out that it uses cool n quiet 2.0 and my cpu uses cool n quiet 3.0, does this matter and affect the computer im gogin to put together?

Im just wondering if my cpu ( AMD x3 720 BE, stock fan) is cool enough to overclock. It's about 25-31 celsius when im not doing anything deamanding and about 40 celsius when i've played crysis for one hour.

and would you recommend me unlocking the fourth core? :)

Porblem is solved now :) I bought a cheap cpu that worked with the old BIOS and installed the new ones and then installed the better cpu.

its a 630 w and my card requires 500 w its not been used before. Was very careful while installing and my other componets are very cold like 30 celsius and i also open my comp up and felt the psu and it was not warm at all..

both in speedfan and in pc wizard 2009 the temp monitor shows my psu being 80 celcius warn.. help please
