@gralvader: You mean saying to a friend to enter the same lobby as you and to join your ring match is painful? Are you kidding me? I agree throwing a friend invite is way easier but you're trying to make it sound worse than it really is. My friends and I just join the last lobby and set always the same password. I'm trying to realize how you feel when the batteries of your tv controller run out.
I don't know why you included the "Xbox live steps" as if they were mandatory to play a ring match.
@ragnarocking: Thank you for the valuable input. I have some friends who buy exclusive games as obligation and they keep pointing fingers at me because I don't buy / don't like them. "If they are exclusives, I have to play them".
Did you watch the Playstation Experience last year? That was when I started to get annoyed about the "exclusives" argument. This crap is getting out of control.

That sounds like playing exclusives for the sake of being exclusives and that's what Sony wants. A bunch of turds who doesn't care if the game is good or not, just put the exclusive label and they're good to go. ;)

Do you really think a game like Uncharted 4 is a exclusive? Nioh? Even Bloodborne (I love this one). They have nothing new to add and that's the reason my PS4 (for exclusives only) is getting dust. The only reason Playstation 4 is where it's right now is because of insecure people. First the 5% better graphics and second the "exclusives".
The only game I can't think of a counterpart right now is The Last Guardian. Uncharted, Horizon Zero Dawn, Yakuza. I'm way better playing Rise of the Tomb Raider, The Witcher 3 and GTA V at stable 60fps (not even mentioning the resolution).
I bet you love the sensation of playing a game non PS4 owners can't play. Man, I feel really special myself, even if they are redundant pieces of crap.
@newbpwnr: Every console owner needs to bring the exclusives argument to the table. They're so insecure that need to buy a piece of crap hardware to play clones from 3rd party games.
If they want to play real exclusive games, they must get a Nintendo console. I have a PS4 myself and I couldn't care less about the majority of its exclusives because they are nothing more than 3rd party with a exclusive seal.
The only games I bothered to play was Bloodborne and The Last Guardian. Sadly the performance and the frame pacing make me think twice every time before turning my PS4 on.
@Chronosus: DS is 9 years old but people still play like you and me. If I'm paying for the service, I'd expect it to live longer than on PC where we don't pay a dime for online.
