@troll_elite: Modding can also ruin the game. I remember modding Skyrim was more fun then actually playing Skyrim. It ruined the game for me, there was always a new mod i wanted to try and mess with. Its good to be done with all that stuff and play something more linear.
@philnolan3d: They could do like Disney, Marvel, and DC, just burn everything that moves. Instead, Nintendo just weirdly ignores them, until they get too big of course.
@bernard978: Amen, how dare Nintendo protect the original content creators and their families. We should let people impersonate whenever and however they want.
@Blk_Mage_Ctype: But they still took it down on their own. Why not fight? This game Pokemon Uranium Version has been available for download for YEARS. Yet it only managed 1.5 million? And thats suppose to be gigantic for a fan-made game? No wonder Nintendo dont fight them, they be small fry.
Also it states, ""After receiving more than 1,500,000 downloads of our game, we have been notified of multiple takedown notices from lawyers representing Nintendo of America. While we have not personally been contacted, it’s clear what their wishes are, and we respect those wishes deeply."
@Blk_Mage_Ctype: Theres too many, you have to treat them like crabs in a bucket, when one bout gets out, you kick it back down with the others. They eventually fall to oversaturation.
