Do we know the price point that's expect from this GPU? As I'm not sure if I should wait or just go ahead and purchase a 1080ti

I loved Skyrim on console, so therefore whenever I decided to finally finish building my own gaming computer I purchased Skyrim on steam. Sadly I had never got to experience the fun in the game, graphics weren't an issue but it was the sound, I was unable to hear npcs talk whenever having conversations but at the same time I could hear in game sounds etc. Sadly I have been unable to find a fix and hope someday I'll find the issue...
