@bdrtfm: Which is funny because the people they pissed off the most when they stopped using him were Hispanics. Before, we were seen as lazy and easy going, but Speedy is full of energy and always outsmarts his opponents. He was like a cartoon Zorro, using his abilities to get food for his people. You can argue the creator might have made him to be offensive, but it didn't stay way.
@Moonco: Lucas can do good stuff if he's not doing it alone. A good example is the Clone Wars where he worked heavily on with people like Dave Filoni who works on Rebels.
