Not with games like Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Mass Effect series, and Heavy Rain (though I thought it was dreadfully boring it's still not for kids). I don't see how anyone can say these games are made for kids. I'm currently playing through Deus Ex and am really amazed how well they're taking care of a serious story without making it come off as forced like GTA IV fell victim to. Then again, kids games are getting better and better, just look at littlebigplanet, the mario games, and modnation racers. These are all fun games, so even if this is what people think games are then so be it, they're all quality products. The problem is MW2 had so much publicity that people ignorant to games think that's what games are and it's acceptable for little kids to be playing games like that, hence making other games with an M rating seem like a joke to non-gamers that'll think they're just like COD.

So whats your views on achievements? i like achievements because it gives me a side goal whilst I'm playing a game and makes me feel more involved in the games depth, when i play games without achievements i kinda feel as if somethings missing. to me, achievements are a log of all your past times and you can look back and think "god i remember how hard it was to get that achievement" or "that one was easy" that's why i like them, though others may view them as a competitive thing and some people my not care at all, i wanna hear your views on achievements.

If there are a few RPG's that set in China or Japan, that would be interesting. Do you think so ?

you call that old? i'm still playing pokemon crystal, starfox on the snes, pokemon red and f-zero gx. i consider anything playstation 2 and up to be "half old" but thats like a decade ago now so i guess it's kinda old now.

Pokemon? Deep? Well you only have to do a little research on Evolutionary Values and Individual Values, and you will see what makes the MP so deep and addicting. Trying to raise a pokemon with the perfect nature by hatching thousands of eggs and getting the right egg moves is a very long, but somewhat rewarding process. Just google Smogon, there are whole tier lists and recommended move sets on that website. But it is also very fun for nostalgia as well. Aischylos10
addicting? more like tedius to me, i never liked grinding in the mainstream pokemon games, too boring.

nah it's not really deep as such, of course the classic pokemon games are awesome but the new ones seem to have died off, game freak threw all their ideas into gen 2, they ran out of ideas in gen 4, they need to bring back genius sonarity, the creators of colosseum and XD need to return and get the pokemon games back onto the consoles. i'd say Colosseum and XD were the deepest
