@svaubel My thought is that the 16GB is flash and you could add a HDD later. It could be that all three models have the 16GB included with the two latter including a HDD.

@theJBlounge I agree and disagree at the same time.

With a $49 price tag people would pick up the system and wouldn't notice the extra couple bucks a month to make up the difference in cost. But from a company's point of view with that low of a price point you may attract people not willing to buy many games. That wouldn't help game developers that much.
