Gears of War: Most likely there will not be a demo as none came out for the 360 version and they probably are assuming we know what it is like now.
Blacksite: I heard that a demo will be made avialable for it (I don't know if it will be different then the one released for the 360 earlier this year though)
Kayne and Lynch: Blood money had a demo and I would assume this will most likely get one too.

First of all its Kane, not Kayne, second there hasn't been any other Kane and Lynch game released before (Kane & Lynch: Dead Men, will be the first, and third, Blood Money is the subtitle for the fourth Hitman game.
Kane and Lynch is made by the same developers as hitman:bloodmoney.
