@lionheartssj1: I've really been enjoying the book and I'm not really a fan of the tv series.

@d9000: so many comic properties get optioned for movies and I'd say less than 25% make it to the big screen, since so many are indie books most people don't know. The only thing I can say about Fox and Marvel is that they put out movies. The vast majority see a release. Only a small handful--Hellfire Club, maybe Gambit, smaller properties a few years back--never see the light of day.

@CrazyBahal: thanks for the heads up. that was my mistake.

@Kr3Yc3K: I didn't get too heavy into Asian cinema, aside from the Vengeance Trilogy, and other revenge films, which I thought would be on the list, weren't rated high enough to make it. We looked at a lot of films for this piece (I believe around 60-70) and just narrowed it down to 15, based solely on Metacritic scores.

If we're going by personal opinion, the list would be a whole lot different and would feature a lot more Korean and Japanese films.

@lastofus234: after watching Orton/Cena on Smackdown last night, there is no way that will headline Wrestlemania. It was so.... blah.
