Try the following.

To connect the wireless controller to the Xbox 360 console, follow these steps:

I'm not sure if how you can replay it although don't try to choose new game as it does erase anything you found like flags, etc.

I managed to kill only 326 grubs though I'am repeating the game again to find them all.
