So all i gotta do is get a new memory device, and get the achievement using the new memory device as the storage device which will put everything to square one?

I did a mistake in COD4 by accidentally using cheats while getting the 30th intel and now i cant get the achievement. People say that you have to delete your saved game data from the hard drive in order to be able to get the achievement. A couple of people have done this and its worked fine for them. I go to memory and delete the COD4 game save data, but when load up COD4 everything is still saved on it. It still has all my levels completed on veteran, and my multiplayer data. So what do i do in order to fix this. Help is greatly appreciated.

In my sig i have a facepalm gif. and theres a character in there that has black hair styled back, black shades, eyes closed and is pinching his nose. i remember him from an anime ive seen but i cant remember who TF he is. can someone help me out and reveal where hes from.
