You can either use the transfer kit or a formatted thumb drive to move your content over. Either way, you WILL have to transfer the licenses.DJ_Magneto

So I have to transfer the content first, and then transfer the licenses?

I have an old 360 original console with a 20GB hardrive and I'm gonna purchase the new Reach Slim console. My question is, do all I have to do is buy the transfer cable, move all the content to the new Slim and thats the end of that. Or do I have to move all the content to the new Slim, and then also have to transfer the content licenses using the method on the official Xbox website?

Remember the Halo 3 edition consoles first went on sale in sept 07 so youd be in the warranty wether or not you had receipt ect of proof so they cannot deny in ayway that you are not under warranty. JUst remember to say its the halo 3 edtion

MassiveKaos

Yeah I wasn't able to find my receipt so I remembered that the day the Halo 3 Edition and the day I purchased it weren't far apart and I found out that it did in fact come out on September 25, 2007. The thing that's bothering me is the fact that the article which stated the news about the 3yr extension for the warranty only mention the 3 red rings of death, not the single red light that mine contracted. So my question is, does the E74(One red light flashing) count as the red ring of death that's backed up by the new 3yr warranty?

When the console is placed upright, the only red light that's flashing is the 3rd one, all the other ones are off. And thanks everyone for the input! One thing I forgot to mention though is the fact that I can't seem to find my receipt and or remember what I did with it the day I got it. Its late over here so searching for it now would be a pain so I'm going to put it off until tomorrow.

I bought a Halo 3 edition 360 back in october of 2007 and recently, about 2hrs ago my system got the RROD. Although only the 3rd light is flashing, nothing more. And a black screen with a couple different languages and E74 pops up. I googled it and it says its a hardware failure and that I should send it in to microsoft. But the problem is I never got a warranty when I purchased it and I don't want to send it in for the fear of getting a regular 360 back instead of my Halo 3 edition one. To be honest, I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. Would anyone care to direct me in the right path as to what steps I should take to fix this problem? Thanks in advance!

You can blame Dionysius Exiguus for that blunder. He was a 6th century monk who came up with the idea of redefining the year from the birth of Jesus (AD = Anno Domini) instead of the founding of Rome (AUC = Anno Urbis Condita).

He knew that Jesus began His ministry shortly after John began his, in the 15th year of the reign of Tiberius, around 783 AUC. Tiberius began ruling in AD 14, around 768 AUC, and that Jesus was about thirty years old (Luke 3:23) when He began His ministry. That would make Jesus to be born in 753 AUC, which is what Dionysius defined as 1 BC, specifically December 25. The New millennium began a week later, January 1, AD 1.

The only problem is that Herod the Great died four years earlier, around 749 AUC.

Luke says that Jesus was about 30 years old. Estimates are that Jesus was born anywhere from 6 BC to 4 BC. Jesus probably began His ministry around AD28. He would be anywhere from 31-33 years of age.
