After hearing that most launch Xbox 360s have at least red ringed once I was wondering if a stand/fan that I bought for my launch has made its life longer, I have had it for just under 3 years and it has never red ringed. The fan is a basically i stand with a fan blowing air up the xbox. Has this increased the lifespan my console?
PS. Also in 2006 my xbox broke cause I hit it with a tennis ball and xbox support may of changed the motherboard, would of that of made a diffrence?
After hearing about Rockstars unveil of the first GTA IV DLC episode, The Lost and Dammed I was wondering how will this new content by added to the game, I was thinking that you get a phone call from Brucie or somebody and they say, "Let me tell you about my friend Johnny....." and the screen fades to black and then fades into a high speed bike chase involving Johnny and then the DLC starts.
What do you think and how to you think the DLC should be accessed?
Ive bought the GH:WT Guitar controller and having heard on the Hotspot about the guitar squeak then it happening to me persnolly I was wondering how to fix it as it its damping my gaming expirence. There are no visable screw holes so how is it fixable?
I was just lying around a couple of days ago and wondered why don't Microsoft change the Xbox Live system (yes i kow they are already changing it iam thought of somin diffrent) anyway why don't they change the names of the seavices from Silver and Gold to Basic, Gamer and Pro. Basic would be free with no adverts but no online gaming capbillties but fill use of the marketplace but users would still be able to simple multiplayer eg. Forza 2 car trading and Halo map sharing , it would also allow users send messages etc, ( like silver). Gamer would be like Gold but with Adverts and no lag stopping searvice. Finally Pro would be be the same but you get lag-free gaming and 200 free microsoft points a month and no adverts.

Recently Sony stated that the PS3 will have a ten year life-span, now considering the PS3 was released in 2006 add 10 means the PS3 may be around till 2016. Does that mean the 360 will be around till 2015 or until the generation is over?
