Already been covered, but the FCC regulates basic television and not cable channels.  They allow some things to slide, such as if you watch a documentary on villagers on PBS or something, they will allow nudity.  But on a regular movie or show that is being televised, they won't allow it.  There's often controversy surrounding their regulating as they sometimes overstep their boundaries or let some things slide which are blatantly against their own regulations.  Or they'll fine some people way more than others. Many consider them an antiquated organization and that we'd be better off without them.

Any of the PS3 exclusives.  There are also a lot of other games I want to play but I'm just too broke to afford them at the moment.

There's also a few games that I do play, but wish I were capable of playing on a pro level.

Nintendo competes, but they just do it on their own terms.  The Wii U isn't doing so hot right now, but I expect it to pick up once they release some of their big hitters.  The 3DS right now is practically untouchable.  It would be nice if Nintendo would actually release a new IP instead of rehashing all their existing ones.  That's not to say they shouldn't make new Mario or Zelda games, but something new doesn't hurt.  Their last new IP was what, Pikmin?  However, I do love the fact that Nintendo is video game centric.  They aren't concerned with being the center of your home theater system, just delivering games.

Probably gonna go with rape/molestation, especially if it is a child involved.  Murder is absolutely horrendous, too.  Especially in petty cases (like the aforementioned iPad incident).

I wouldn't go so far as to say rape is necessarily worse than murder, but the psychological hell that it puts a person through is insane.  And it can directly affect family and friends.  A lot of rape victims tend to become secluded, afraid of people, especially of the sex who raped them.  There is a lot of trust lost.  Relationships suffer because intimacy is affected a lot.  Just all sorts of stuff.

I can't think of many off the top of my head.  I would say that's more or less because I don't really buy into hype surrounding games and I don't go in with high expectations.  Well, most of the time.  Some games I hype up on my own and get disappointed with.  But to name a few:

GTA IV - I really enjoy it and got my moneys worth, but as a whole I was kind of let down in comparison to San Andreas.

Red Dead Redemption - I should say I actually loved the game all the way until the ending which just kind of killed it for me.

Team Fortress 2 - I think this is more because I suck at first person shooters in general.  That and I think I was expecting more?

Probably a few others that I can't think of at the moment.

Goldeneye 007 was fantastic in its heyday.  Even afterwards it was pretty good, but it has aged pretty badly.  But a lot of shooters have, at least the ones that haven't been upkept over the years.  But between my best friend and two cousins at the time we spent way too many hours playing that game.  It was insane.

And yes, to hell with Oddjob.  And whoever had the golden gun.

Waiters aren't subject to the same minimum wage requirements as normal minimum wage employees, at least in America.  They are paid well below the $7.25 an hour.  That goes for any "tipped" profession because it's under the idea that they're going to be meeting that minimum wage requirement through their tips. Even if they don't (say, nobody tips them that night), most aren't versed enough in the law to make sure they're adequately compensated and most businsesses aren't going to go out of their way to make sure of it.  A quick look on the DOL website says tip workers make a minimum of $2.13 an hour.  That said, finer establishments don't necessarily work on tip as they pay their workers well.

Now to actually answer the question, no I never forget to tip.  I don't go out and eat at a sit down restaurant if I can't afford to add a tip.  Now, in theory I oppose tip jobs and believe everyone should be fairly compensated by the employer for their work and not by the customer.  In reality, I generally tip 20-25% if the service is good, if it is outstanding, I will often tip a fair amount more (some rare occasions I've tipped 100%).  However, if the service is poor, I will tip less.  And if it is exceptionally bad, I've only left pennies before.  Horribly petty, I know, but when your whole entire job revolves around how you serve someone and how it DIRECTLY affects your pay, well... expect to be compensated as such.  I'll cut slack in cases where it's super busy or they're new (you can generally tell) or things like that.  But if you're outright rude, walk by numerous times and don't refill my drink, take up my plate when I'm not done and don't even ask me, those are all just ways to lose a tip.  I understand people have bad days, but this is work - leave it at the door.  If you can't manage to do that, talk with your employer and let them know you can't deal with the public that day.  In a business like that, most will work with you simply because a crappy waiter means potential loss of business, comped meals, etc.

I'm not going to lie, I haven't kept up with developers as much as I used to.  There's a few I pay a lot of attention to, but nowhere near what I used to.  So there are probably some out there that I love their games, but never really paid much attention to who made it.  That said, here is my list:

Rockstar
Nintendo
Blizzard
Bethesda
Natsume

Just from reading there are a few other things that haven't been recieved as well, either.  Maybe they're actually trying to take some feedback into consideration.  But yeah, if they go ahead and allow an offline mode, I would definitely consider it.  I don't have an issue with my connection or online games necessarily... just some games should work just as well offline.  SimCity is one of them.

I'd totally go with the Lego games.  I let my 2 year old son play them.  Well, he tries to play, he just kind of pushes random buttons and runs into the wall for awhile.

Most racing games that may have some sort of time trial or allows you to keep going until you finish the race, as opposed to ending it after third place is decided.

That aside, some studies don't recommend allowing children to play games until they're a certain age because it can apparently hinder their development.  And yet other studies say the opposite, that it can help development, especially hand and eye coordination and reading comprehension.
