@Hoski0999: fair enough... But, coming from a person that has all platforms, xbox is my favorite, and judging by my experiences with Sony products and the PS4 in particular... Sony can go to hell IMO
@khadafi:Lol, it would make sense they made more money... They've sold more consoles. Microsoft on the other hand have been making PCs for like, ever. Even if they lose the console battle, I would bet on Microsoft to eventually win the gaming war.
PCs ain't going anywhere, and most computer gamers use PCs. As long as theirs games (good or bad) Microsoft will survive, as long as people need computers, Microsoft will survive, as long as they extend the olive branch to other competitors, Microsoft will survive.
Sony lives off its games... Thats their bread and butter. Take away their exclusives and they ain't shit anymore. Sony can't hold a candle to Microsoft pocket book... Sony has experience with games. Companies can be bought (MS has) developer studios can be bought (MS has) changes can be made (MS is) game iPs can be purchased, Microsoft has the money to buy first party titles.
All that Microsoft currently lacks, is, will, or has been fixed. Only time will tell on exclusives and further acquisitions, but 1 thing is for sure, XBOX (not MS) is up against a wall, they know how far behind Sony they are (in terms of console sales and exclusivity) Thats why everyone can expect a big e3 this year (especially since sony dropped out this year) and is also why they 1up sony with a beefer console this late in the generation. If they can't beat sony with exclusive at the moment, we'll kill it on technology.
All being said, I'll keep my pro and get the next playstations, but if the great exclusives dry up, i won't give a second look at the system, until the games are worthy again, because the console and company for that matter definitely isn't.
@playstationzone: Wrong. Nintendo would sale owned iPs before selling the whole company. Now when you officially see the next mario game releasing for xbox, then Nintendo fans can worry a little bit.
I love that Nintendo is working with xbox and visa versa. Great move for both communities. It's just baby steps, but a partnership none the less.
As long as the great exclusives keep coming... Sony will be fine with or without them, but as soon as the great exclusive games vein drys up.... LOL!
@ember_to_flame: sony can eat a dick... I got all platforms, and all have things that make them special... The 1 and only thing that makes sony special is its exclusives. And i must say, if it wasn't for the damn good exclusives, i would have given up on PS way before buying a pro.
Sony is greedy, and has become worst over the years, and have only recently bent (very little) under pressure from its community. Don't they have like 90+ million units under their belt.... Thats probably near double what microsoft has and maybe 4 times as much as switch sells... Sony has made more than enough money this generation, if it was the start of a new gen, i get being competitive, but with probably less than 2 years left in this gen, they can start to be a bit more friendly with its competitors and more importantly THEIR community.
After all, i think most will agree, and me personally, i would love to play with the ENTIRE community rather than a portion on a console locked away from the rest.
@Tidus1012: Yeah, i do the same and agree. No hassle IMO. $24 a year is fine (free would be better) Any games i want, I'll just buy them myself, play it as much as i want without having to worry about my PS+ expiring and losing access to said game., sell it when I'm done and get most of my money back, AND be able to play online whenever i want for half the price it would normally cost a year??!! WIN, WIN, no brainer. Also pretty much every game put out each month is usually bargain trash anyways.
Pretty good month xbox, Thanks! Bloodstained looks like a fun, little side scroller. I've always wanted to try SBR, big fan of the series from back in the day. And hell star wars is star wars, its worth a try.
Its a nice bit of fresh air to see a company release decent things for free, for a change. Thank you VERY much Capcom for any and all freebies (especially side story DLC) As for the "remake" I'm about 6 hours in now, and i must say, I'm not a fan of things jumping out and startling me.... But for some reason, i can't get enough. Lol.
All i need now from you (Capcom) is to give the same treatment to MYyyy beloved... NEMESIS!
