Well im not sure in Australian dollars but on Newegg the mobo is $199 (American dollars) but you will be saving a bit of money buying the 965 instead of the i5-750. So in total (on newegg that is) the CPU/mobo combo would be $380 American dollars.
The i5-750 and Phenom 2 965 are very close in performance, i have a 965 and its great, i would go with the AMD and a ASUS Crosshair 3 Formula 790FX (I also have this and its fantastic in terms of performance w/ the 965) i would highly recommend getting that set-up. Where abouts do you live?
I am thinking about getting a Wii off an American site (i live in the UK) and i am wondering if that American Wii will play UK games? Thanks in advanced.
[QUOTE="smc91352"]this is the best 5770 because of the memory clocks. And right now you get a 2GB flash drive and Battleforge.SLUSHiNaToR
I have that one and its been running beatifully for me. Its factory overclocked, and its nice to control fan speed. Not sure if the other 2 above me have that. Also xfx has a life-time warrenty if you register it. that alone is nice.
