After watching Italy-Spain 1-1, I told my uncle in law Italy would be in finals, he said no, no
[QUOTE="jackfruitchips"]Ozil is pretty solid. Superb midfielder. I'm talking about defense.Only Lahm is good, 3 other guys not so much. germany can't win a cup again until they have great defenders like Jurgen Koeller, Bremeh ...

But Ozil and Muller have disappointed me so far.

No surprise at all. I said their defense was not great, especially Boateng was the weakest link... Italy scored again. Seriously, what is wrong with germany's defense???

I'm jelly :PIn-N-Out by a mile.
Actually spent the other day eating all the In-N-Out I could want. I have a friend who works at In-N-Out and invited me as a guest to their company picnic at a waterpark. Free rides/slides and all the In-N-Out you could want without charge. I had something like 5 Double-Doubles in a span of 6 hours. I was in heaven :P

You may laugh, But I can see who makes bigger theatre. And who lost MORE GOOD OCCASIONs to score...I don't get your logic. Portugal is incompetent because they missed more oppotunites. But what about Spain ? Did they score ? Did they even have more opportunities than Portugal ? This is a another boring Spain match (just like their matches in WC 2010). No wonder the Americans say soccers is boring.
Incompetence...Matthew-first

Spain is playing. What did you expect?
As far as I can see the match is dominated by Spain, Portugal is pretty much simulating fauls... (read. PEPE)
And Mr. Ronaldo had a few chances to score... laughable. :P Spain dominate ? Possession, maybe. Spain: 57%; Portugal :43% But Portugal has more shot and corner: 10, 6 ; Spain 6, 3. Spain dominate Portugals in fouls: 23 vs 15
[QUOTE="sonicare"]Yea, the main problem with religious fundamentalists is that they believe they hold absolute truth. That mentality doesnt fit to well in democracy. Very good point, BossPerson. I couldn't agree more. Belief are not harmful as long as believers know that their beliefs are not absolute truth, just mere beliefs.Of course, but I am worried about religous fundamentalists of all types. I probably have more to fear from some of these bible thumping religous right than muslims in my country. They've hijacked the republican party and now it seems to be far more radical. The problem with religion is that it just tries to force itself on everyone and everything. Religion should be a personal thing only.
