Indeed. I mean, I understand some people may dislike Ronaldo, for his style or whatever, but anyone saying he's not a brilliant player is dellusional. A few quick facts:

record of most goals ever scored in a season in La Liga with 40
record of most goals per minute, with a goal scored every 70.7 minutes
first player to win the trophy (European Golden Shoe) in two different championships

I don't particularly like him, I think he comes across arrogant many times, but he is brilliant, no question there.
I have an in law uncle. He hates Ronaldo with a passion. I don't know why but he also hate many teams and players too (like Brazil ...) Needless to say, I don't like to discuss football with people like him.
