They should port it to pc so they can see what their fans really want...

I had my account stolen before I was able to log into the game. Someone reset my password and changed the email to my guild wars account while I was downloading the game. Ran multiple scans on my computer and there were no viruses or anything...plus my email wasn't hacked so it had to be on their end. Took them 3 days to respond to me and I'm still waiting for a fix. Been watching Kevin's stream to hold me over until they fix everything lol.

If they have a legitimate reason for giving it a 1 I'm fine with that. Truth is though most haven't played the game and are jumping on the hate train.
