Wow,

Everyone seriously under estimates the average age of gamers. Teenagers appear to be on the lower tail of the distribution. I did a google search and found mutiple sources that state the average age of a gamer is anywhere between 29 and 33. I myself am right there around that average at 34.

Although, according to one of those articles, the console crowd tends to be younger than the pc gamer - which makes sense due to the high cost of pc gaming.

I'm on my 5th. I keep telling myself that I'm not going to prestige again, but I always do once I hit level 55. I'm a big fan of Search and Destroy, and going prestige really puts you at a disadvantage with weapons and perks.

Its probably cheap right now so I would say go get it. It has one of the best single player experiences on the 360 and goes overlooked many times. The multiplayer is ok if they fixed the lag, but its nothing you'll play a lot seeing as there are games like Halo 3, COD2 and now the new Rainbow 6 that have huge online communities. If you really like dark stories and immersive singlpe player experiences ala Bioshock then this is a must have.1_Hit_Killer

Agreed, it's cheap enough now so just go buy it. Single player is great. The story is very good, although the ending was somewhat anticlimactic. I really enjoyed playing this game - never did play the multiplayer though.

No idea how many are playing. The game doesn't give you a total number online. I played a few sessions the other day and didn't have any problems finding the game and map of my choice. COD3 multiplayer was a very fun game so I'm guessing it'll be around for a while yet. I don't think you could go wrong by picking it up at the cheap used price.

Just like with any game, it's a matter of what your preference is. If you like RPGs with randomly generated battles that are fought with a turn-based system, they you'll love this. The story is really quite good. Plus the game is around 60 hours long so there's plenty of value for your dollar.

To be honest, I haven't seen many 50 person servers at capacity. However, there are plenty of 32 person games going.

As far as if this game is worth it - if you can separate it from COD4, and enjoy large sprawling battlefield the multiplayer is actually very fun. The sound is incredible. The ability to select different roles is a nice addition (air support, drones, etc.). And the vehicles are fun - some are a little clunky to control, but a little time with them and you forget about it. The real fun in this game is when you squad up with others on your team. Again, it's no COD4, but is very fun in it's own way. It is the first game to bring the Battlefield 2 feel to the console.

Dude it`s the cost of games that`s the prob. I can always make time.HilbillyRokstar

Heh, for me it's exactly the opposite. The cost isn't a problem, it's time that I can't seem to find.

Damn career is always getting in the way of gaming! I need to be less responsible. :)

I really enjoy the multiplayer aspect of frontlines. Like someone already stated, if you like Battlefield on the pc, then this game is for you.
