Well, looks like I haven't updated this since I got Facebook... and it's actually not because of that. Right around then my teachers decided to turn into Nazis and I've had a constant pile of schoolwork until now. (I GRADUATE MAY 27TH!!!)

Anyway, so the thing that made me think to update is actually really self-centered... it's because I made a youtube video. lol. Significantly, the first one I'm 100% proud of. (Okay, 99%... I hate the 10 seconds of silence at the end, but if I tried to edit it, somthing probably would've gotten messed up. My movie maker started hating me towards the end.)

It's about House's season 4 finale. If you saw it, monday night probably included one of the saddest hours of your life. I teared up, seriously. And then I listened to a song on my iPod, and decided that I had to make a video. So, now, at 1 AM, the video is finished and I'm showing it off to everyone!!!!

Still figuring everything out, and I'm guessing my profile's sparse compared to other people's. My friend advised me to get SuperPoke, which I did, and I also got a music player, but I'm missing things like quote generators, graffiti, etc. I'll figure out what I want eventually.

(For those who haven't seen Conan's show lately, he's been saying that since Chuck Norris is helping Mike Huckabee's campaign, and Conan brought Norris back in the limelight with his Walker Texas Ranger lever, Conan has therefore "made" Huckabee. And the first candidate he made was Tarja Halonen, president of Finland, because he looks exactly like her.)

So who is Ouija Board Ted?? The hosts on my local radio station's morning show were screwing around with a Ouija board today and claimed to contact a spirit named Ted. They asked who would win the Democratic Primary, it said "Who Cares," then they asked the Republican primary, and it said "Huckabee."

I'm not dumb, I know they were just moving the thing around themselves (althought the radio signal did cut out randomly at one point... spoooky...), but wouldn't it be funny if it turns out to be true? And oh how Conan will bask in the glory. ;)

Youtube removed one of my videos for copyright infringement. On my last account, this happened 3 times and then they banned me. If the rules haven't changed, I have two strikes left.

And I've just re-uploaded the video that got taken down... which means it probably won't be long.

I really don't care, because getting banned means I get to start over with a new username... not so crazy about the one I have anymore. The only thing I don't like is that I will inevitably lose my giant favorites list.

I'm thinking I'll post links to some of the videos in my faves here... that way I'll have a place to find them again, and you guys get to share in the randomness too.

What do you say to a few funny videos every once in a while? Would you watch them? Because it seems like every time I post something in my LJ, it just gets ignored.

I was watching the movie Almost Famous this morning and I got a great idea for an icon.

Well, I've been in the hospital.

Basic appendix needing to be taken out, not so basic complications. It's been a miserable, dreary experience that thank god ends tomorrow morning when I go home.

I can't believe how weak I got in here. I picked up my laptop today and it felt insanely heavy. Now I'm scared about what other normal stuff I can't do...

...Okay, not really. I just find it amusing that I randomly read the word "Ireland" online, then I think to myself, "I should check @U2 again and see if they have a new cartoon up yet"...

And then Bono appears on SNL!

Since getting a season pass of Late Night with Conan O'Brien, I've been skipping through all the commercials. However, I always end up seeing the tail end of the last commercial before the break ends. And you know what I noticed?

It's ALWAYS a car commercial. Doesn't matter which car company. But Conan seems to come back on right after a car ad during every break of every show.

Does this happen in broadcasts from other stations? Or is the tri-state areajust more car savvy than I'd assumed??

For lack of more creativity, I've really only been able to think up two possible screenames...

^^This is the sort of cutesy-er one, more like something the average teenage girl would have as their screename. However, it's also the title of a 70s punk rock song about a Paris Hilton-esque socialite who kills herself.

^^This is the slightly nerdier, and obviously funnier, one. Fans of Spongebob might remember him singing the Striped Sweater song. "The best time to wear a striped sweater, is all the time..." My friend and I have been joking about this song lately, so I know at least one person would find it funny.
