It depends... For beat'em ups I rather have a controller on my hands, but for RTS and FPS kb/mouse combo is a winner, everything just feels better with it.

Nope, not a chance. Great game but there are other great ones out therethat had better sales and/or were just better overall...
I usually get'em on the 360 mainly because my collection is bigger so its like the "default" console, this in the case that both games are rated similar, if there're some noticeable differences then I get the better version of course. In the ps3 I only have maybe 2 or 3 non exclusives and one of them (fallout3) y got it on the other platforms too...
Oh also I almost forgot that multiplayer has a saying in there too.. I used to love xbox live when i played halo 3 but once that my second membership expired I decided that better is free so if Im planning on playing a lot of mp I'll go with the ps3 version (or even better the PC version)
No. There's been 3 direct sequels only, one expansion and one spin off so Its nothing compared to the madden ways of call of duty, guitar hero and other practically yearly based games...
I dont hate it but I do prefer the Xbox controller.. the main fact is that I have big hands and I feel the ps3 controller to be a bit small and less bulky that the xbox one..I also hated the stick the first time I played killzone 2 but you kinda get used to it after a while...
I have three that come to mind:
Sonic- Poor Sonic. I mean honestly, the guy was an icon back in the day and just can't seem to catch a break in the 3-D world. I think he has long since been dead and is simply being held up by nothing more than strings and his own name.
Dynasty Warriors/Warriors Orochi/Anything Koei makes- Why do people keep buying these games? Honestly, they never improve or change in any monumental way. Every fan of the series, do yourselves a favour and purchase one of these games and stop there. You won't be missing out, I promise
Guitar Hero- I listed off every Guitar Hero themed game to my friend the other day and he literally thought I was making them up off the top of my head. How about you guys take a hint from Harmonix and use DLC properly instead of making a new game every month.skinny_man_69
Those are pretty good examples indeed...
Ocarina of time for sure.. It was great!
Having said that MGS4 is also a masterpiece and GTA IV is very good too (not a 10 in my book though, i liked San Andreas better)...
Bad no but an inferior tool yes.

Totally agree. There are some games that are better played with a controller though.. For FPS keyboard and mouse cant be beaten yet...
I spent well over 600 hours on oblivion.. I've spent (and currently spending) a lot of time on Fallout 3 also. Besides those two games I spend big chunks of time on madden and ncaa football specially since I dont buy them every year but every other year..
There's also a lot of other games that I've spent hundreds of hours like Fable 1 & 2, Knights of the Old Republic and more recently Too Human but for sure oblivion is the winner here...
It depends... I.e in Halo 2 or 3 I was ok with the reg health 'cause it goes with the theme I mean its "believable" that energy shields could recover energy if not used.. In other games a health bar with meds required suits better like in gears of war Why the gears recover of badly gunshot wounds just by wating a little??
Anyhow if well implemented I could go for both of them without complain..
