It has nothing to do with the fact that the game is just bad or anything. You would think that after the 3rd time they made RE4 they would understand what people like and want from a RE game.
The demo didn't really get me interested into the game. I jumped when they came out of the snow the first time, but the second time I saw it coming. If anything the demo showed how the game has changed from 1 till now. I think that making guns is cool but from what I played from the demo, you only collect one type of ammo and it works for all of the guns? If that is true then (and I'm not just crazy) then I will just beef up one gun and just run with that for the whole game. In the first game, they would give you a diverse set of ammo and you had to use almost all of the guns in your arsenal.
Let me say this. Dead Space 3 won't be a bad games. It just won't be a good Dead Space game. The first game isolated you. I felt trapped, alone, and lost. I kinda felt that in 2, and playing the demo for 3, I just didn't feel it.
Lets just hope that the game runs smoothly on the PS3 before we go off making extra content for the thing. Most videos you see of the game are running on the 360, and the demo that they gave us is broken. I am excited about this bonus but I would rather have a clean game.
Looks like PS3 will get the port. Pretty unfortunate seeing as it is a Metal Gear game. Hopefully the PS3 is at least playable unlike the demo they gave us.
Playing video games is too common today to try and blame it. In the past only a select group of people played games. This has changed as playing games has become common practice in so many circles. Blaming games is like playing books, TV, smoking, or alcohol. It is too common today to try and change it or try and strictly pin it on one thing. It is too common.
This might be one of my favorite episodes. I would like to suggest that you guys do this more. I do love Gamespot Gameplay so is it possible for a game discussion to get its own show? It is so interesting for people to sit down and just discuss what they like and didn't like about a game. I feel this would be beneficial not only for fellow gamers, but for developers as well because they will be able to hear what the consumers liked and didn't like.
I love you guys, keep up the good work and interesting segments.
