I tried to make an (Abridged) Seto Kaiba wallpaper, but it didn't turn out very well.

Screw the Rules

Can't bring myself to delete it though.

I was wondering if there were any artists here on gamespot be it in the world of music, literature, or the visual arts. I really enjoy seeing the talent of every day people. I'm a music type of guy :) Here's a little jazzy pop song I wrote with my friend, I'm playing guitar: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=69y2V-4_cq4

I really enjoyed Mushishi. Some of the best storytelling elements of any medium.

No, but I think the female characters in Uncharted 2 were really well done personality wise, as in the fact they didn't come across as just eye candy.

Ponyo was beautiful, especially when the town gets washed away by the ocean and all the ancient fish begin making it their habitat.

I really love Russian literature, especially Fyodor Dostoevsky. The way in which he is able to paint his character portraits is really second to none in the world of literature. His great attention to detail on every aspect of his characters' psyches creates this familiarity for the reader which makes you feel like you understand them on a very sincere level. His best work is without a doubt The Brothers Karamazov but that book is a very heavy commitment and could take weeks or even months to digest. If you want to see some of his great character drama in a more manageable dose, The Gambler is excellent which Dostoevsky completed under 4 weeks. The woman of his real life obsessions takes the life of the character Polina and the scenes involving her and the protagonist are some of my favorite. The book is full of all sorts of gossip and scandal befitting 19th century aristocratic life.

I also really like the memoirs of Jonathan Ames and his perverted adventures around New York and also around the world. His honesty and total transparency in his essays are very entertaining.
