If you're snitching on environmentalists who are planning to do a non-violent but illegal protest to save your ass- yes I hate you.

If you're snitching on drug dealers to save your ass, I don't care.

Just_Osmo

Eh, as a recovering drug addict I know some of these people are just trying to support their family and are not violent people. This guy wasnt selling crack on the street corners with a gun in his pocket. He was a unemployed construction worker trying to get money to raise his 2 girls by selling pharmaceuticals. I have much sympathy for him.

Selling drugs is ILLEGAL. You know why? Cuz drugs do nothing but bad things to people. IF HE WERE A SMART PARENT, he'd go do honest work and not jeopardize his children the way he did. Instead, he tried to take the easy way out for the time being (selling drugs), and, as anyone with an ounce of common sense knows, many risks come along with that territory. I am convinced that when I become a father, I will be damn sure to do things carefully just so my kids don't get screwed from my stupid actions. Yes, the ratting out thing sucks, but if the drug dealer guy were any bit smart, he'd have never put himself in the position to possibly be screwed in the first place.

I agree that he should be smarter and not be doign it when he has children. But that doesnt change my opinion that snitching on him and doing the polices job for them is stupid. Let them do their job and find the dealers on their own.

Ya I never once disagreed with you on the fact that ratting people out sucks either.

If you had a contract with the NFL and were making tons of money, why wouldn't you save your ass and make a deal? I'm pretty sure if you didn't, you have something wrong with you.

Just_Osmo

I dont even care if he is on my team I hate the guy now.

LOL, now that's a typical Boston fan right there!!! Glad I'm not your friend, if I was you'd always be looking down upon me from your cloud of judgement.

lol, most people would say im typical boston fan if i defended him.. since when on these forums do typical boston fans condemn their team/players actions?

Well seing as how I don't live on these forums like some people do, I don't know how these Boston fans on here view their players. Everything I've seen however is the way I said it.

Your thinking of the Boston Media. Boston FANS are very forgiving of their teams and players, as seen with spygate. The boston media on the other hand is very judgemental.

LOL, I think I know what I said, and I wasn't talking about the Boston media.

[QUOTE="jbrejot"]The Celtics WILL WIN THIS SERIES, no questions asked, the Lakers stand no chance, Gasol is a big pos and will not even compare to Garnett and Perkins. This will be a sweep, no questions asked. ElMariachi46

This series won't be a sweep. I'm not saying the Lakers will win the series, even though I root for them, but there's no way they'll get swept and there's no way Boston is gonna get swept.

It won't just be a sweep, every game will be a complete blowout to boot. The Celtics only really need to suit 5 up for the entire series, and they'll be just fine. Kobe won't do a single thing this entire series. The Lakers might as well just throw in the towel before game one starts, if they don't, every player one of their players is gonna end up in the hospital with broken ankles.

This was actually a good topic with most of the responses not being completely fanboyish, then this man came along : /

I am actually a born and bred Lakers fan. I am just being realistic when I say these things, not a hopeful fanboy.

What did you think about the shot clock not resetting after fishers shot hit the rim

andyboiii

Fouled on inbound, miss 1 of 2 FT's. Barrys 3 point foul would have still tied it.

eerrr wrong. made 2 of 2 FT's and then game over

LOL WHAT? If my basic math skills serve me correctly, 91 + 2 (2 successfully made free throws) = 93, and 93 is the score the Lakers had before the no call, and if my basic sports knowledge serves me correctly, if two teams have the same score at the end of regulation play, overtime ensues, so EERRR WRONG, MADE 2 OF 2 FT'S AND THEN OVERTIME.

To tell you the truth I know the ball hit the rim; but I don't remember if the Spurs got the rebound in which case it wouldn't matter if the shot clock reseted. I'm trying to look for the video in youtube but no luck so far. Aside from that one call doesn't affect the other, if Barry was fouled then he was fouled.

The ball was never in posesion of the spurs, the ball went off of the spurs leg out of bounds.

LOL, the Spurs have a leg? I'd like to see that one.
