The city that my uni is in is absolutely beautiful, except for tourists (Newport, RI). My hometown is... eh. Depends on what part

I think I always get sick once a year. Some years I get sick like 5 times, other times only once or not at all. :P
Yeah, a couple of crappy ambient songs in Garageband, and then songs with the 2 bands I'm in (rock and death metal 8))
I would say so. Huge metalhead (all of us are really nerds at heart, though some don't admit it), love reading sci-fi, fantasy, philosophical, nonfiction etc, I play Magic the Gathering, interested in the study of film. The list goes on. :)
I'm not really afraid to tell people, but I guess my love of ABBA and Enya could be considered a guilty pleasure. 8)
Exactly. There's plenty of intelligent music out there. Every generation has had its fair share of "dumb" artists.you have to dig deep to find the good new stuff, the stuff you see glamourized on tv and advertised all over is usually the least inspiried and unique of music

I don't have any experience with Vista and am currently using the latest update of OS X Snow leopard. I had a feeling Lion had nothing new but a few knick knacks and the like, no way am I putting down $30 for that. :P I'm perfectly happy with the current OS X.
LOVE Dizzy Gillespie, Miles Davis, Wayne Shorter, Joe Pass, and Pat Metheny to name a few. Been really getting into tons of Jazz, but those are probably my favorites at the moment.
Probably Troy or Schenectady, New York. Both are run down and and not very inviting. Schenectady has Union College though which is a beautiful campus.
Band: Devin Townsend (see my avatar)
Song: oh god... Does Ripple by the Grateful Dead count as rock? if so, then that.
