@BenjaminBanklin: Pretty sure The Medium is out this month....any release dates for any of those "future games"?

Oh yeah, an Alone in the Dark clone that no one is talking about from a so-so dev. I forgot all about that system seller. 🙄

@Pedro: wouldn’t the person who first brought up Xbox technically be the one who “derailed” the thread?

Your psychologist must be working overtime.

Don't try to use reason on that one. He's too singularly focused on the people that keep him awake at night because they insulted his favorite plastic box. 🤣

Honestly I think he is mentally ill lol

@Pedro: so because Benjamin Banklin responded to someone who brought up Xbox it makes him wrong? Lmao

Very childish, all you do is try to get responses out of people on here. It’s very sad

Insane to think that they're still up

Why though? Many older games have thousands of daily players. Or did, at least, before servers shutdown.

Microsoft Will Shut Down ‘Halo’ Xbox 360 Online Services in December 2021

This is pretty sad but at least all of the games can still be played via the MCC on Xbox One/Xbox Series X. I know there are people who swear by the original games and say they are superior but at least you'll still be able to continue playing them past 2021. That's more that can be said for nearly all of Sony's first party PS3 titles, which started shutting down as early as 2014 with the Resistance/SOCOM games and ended late 2019 with Uncharted 2/3 and The Last of Us. Hell, even PS4's Driveclub went offline this year.

I wish Sony would service their games for as long as Microsoft does. I was just playing Gears of War 2 online with a friend the other night on Xbox One, a game that is twelve years old still with the servers up and running.

Well would you look at that. Another Play Station thread derailed to talks about Xbox. It is funnier reading that Series X is for old games when the PS5 is sporting Godfall. 😂🤣

Only by three Xbox trolls

@jcrame10: Nope. Entire game can be beaten without ever cooking or eating anything if you so choose.

Not the easiest way to do it, but it can be done.

@jcrame10: It is self explanatory. It tells us you've never played it.

Cooking in BoTW amounts to optional buffs. Nothing like survival mechanics being discussed in other games.

You have to eat certain foods to go into cooler temperature areas of the game.

Survival games, having to drink and eat every hour or else you die. Feels tedious.

On the other hand I do like crafting and survival elements in other games.

Hard agree. There's nothing more unappealing than this mechanic. Light survival in games I can deal with, but constantly having to nurture the character while fighting crap off at the same time... nope.

It's why Breath of the the Wild sucks balls

That comment makes no sense. Have you even played it?
